New Clinical Triage Pathways
TriVice now supports new clinical triage pathways for a new specialty ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat):
- Infections and Sore Throat
- Non-Infectious Sore Throats in Adults
These additions will streamline and enhance patient triage processes, ensuring more precise and efficient care.
Enhanced Communication Features
- Email Notifications for Queries: Now, referral queries will also be sent via email for timely updates and efficient case management.
- SMS Notifications with Leaflet Links: Patients can now access relevant information directly from their mobile devices through leaflet links included in SMS notifications.
TriVice iPhone Mobile App Update
The TriVice iPhone mobile app now features a Contact tab displaying referrer information, enhancing the app’s functionality for easier access and management of referral details on the go.
